angle is key again here, but this one leaves nothing to the imagination. this photo illustrates meticulous attention to lighting and color balance. the "film noir" look we were going for is very particular: porcelain skin, jet black clothing and ruby red highlights.

i shoot in raw format, which lends itself to a highly efficient workflow: post-process adjustments to color and exposure only need to be calculated once for each batch of similar. as a result, i deliver quickly, often within hours.
